Interfibio Opens a New Position for a Research Technician in Women’s Health Biosensing
Interfibio is seeking a Research Technician to join the project "Multiplexed Smart Patch for Female Hormone Monitoring."
This innovative project aims to develop next-generation biosensing technologies for the continuous monitoring of female hormones, contributing to more personalised and accessible healthcare solutions for women.
The successful candidate will work on the development and optimisation of aptamers against specific biomarkers, collaborating within a multidisciplinary research team at the interface of biotechnology, chemistry and health sciences.
Position Details
- Position: Research Technician
- Location: Tarragona, Spain
- Contract type: Indefinite contract for scientific-technical activities
- Duration: Initial appointment of 12 months (full-time)
- Expected start date: Mid-September 2026
- Gross annual salary: €28,319.52
Candidate Profile
Applicants should hold a degree in Biology, Biotechnology or Microbiology and have:
- At least two years of laboratory research experience
- Experience working with aptamers
- Knowledge of techniques such as Bio-Layer Interferometry (BLI), Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) or Microscale Thermophoresis (MST)
