There will be 3 awards for the best posters. To participate, each candidate must deliver a maximum 4-minute pitch to a jury during the poster defense sessions:

September 18 - 15:30 to 16:15 (Blocks 1 + 2)

September 19 - 11:00 to 11:45 (Blocks 3 + 4 + 5)
The jury will evaluate the presentations according to the following criteria:

Originality - Novelty of the research question, creativity of the approach, and potential to open new directions.

Feasibility - Clarity of objectives, soundness of the methodology, and realistic implementation of the research.

Method - Scientific rigor, quality of data, and appropriateness of analysis.

Presentation - Effectiveness of the poster design and oral pitch in communicating the research clearly and engagingly.
The awards will be given on September 19 at 12:30.
